To make a new ring with these changes will take approximately 4 weeks.

Stone: Request a different gemstone.
Stone cut: Request a different cut of stone. For instance, Pear, Round, Oval.
Stone Carat: Request your central gemstone carat size.
Size: Please tell us your preferred ring size.

Choose options
Please add this to the basket at the same time as purchasing a ring if you would like your ring resized.
Please leave a ‘note’ on your order or email hello@vintagepink.com with your requested size and explain whether you would like Option 1 or 2 outlined below.
Option 1
Your ring will be resized before being shipped to you. Your ring will be non-refundable in this instance. You will only pay for one set of postage costs.
Option 2
Your ring will be sent to you to check that you love it and would like to keep it. The customer will then send it back to Vintage Pink for resizing. The customer will pay two sets of postage costs.
Whilst everything possible is done to ensure safe keeping of your ring, the customer needs to understand and accept the risks associated with posting the ring back and forward and the ring travelling to and from the workshop. Issues are rare but if the ring will have a sentimental value at this stage then we recommend going for Option 1.

More helpful information
- Resizing takes up to 3 weeks.
- If it isn’t specified by the customer and an order is made with the resizing option as part of the order and a size requested, Vintage Pink will assume Option 1 and go ahead with resizing to the requested size.
- We need you to provide your ring size in UK ring sizing letters (for example, size L).
- If you need to check what size you need then it is best to go into a local jeweller and ask them to measure your finger. Alternatively there are some ring sizers online. Check your size when you are warm and cold to make sure that it feels comfortable in both.
- If you’re trying to work out someone’s size it can be tricky. Fingers are all different sizes and different from one hand to the other. We recommend aiming to measure a ring that is worn on the selected finger or the same finger on the other hand and adjustments can be made after if need be.

This document can be provided to your insurance company to insure your ring. Your insurance company might not require this document and may accept your order confirmation email as purchase proof. Please check with your insurance company.
We strongly recommend that you insure your ring. If your ring was to get knocked or damaged and a stone get lost, something possible with all rings, whether new or vintage, you will be able to claim to repair and replace your ring.

- The valuation will be sent as a pdf document to the email address that you order your ring with.
- The valuation takes 1 - 3 weeks to be sent.
- On some occasions it may take up to 2 weeks for the ring to arrive, if ordering a certificate, because the ring will need to be taken in for independent valuation before being posted to the customer.
- Because it is personalised, the valuation is non-refundable.
- The valuation will list the carat of the Gold and authenticate the stones (Diamond, Sapphire etc). It does not detail the clarity, colour or carat weight of the stones.

This is available for U.K. orders only. For customs reasons, ‘Vintage Pink LTD’ needs to be displayed on the parcel documentation when shipping outside of the U.K.
