- We are delighted to ship our rings worldwide. International orders are sent by a trusted courier service and are fully insured for their journey, with tracking and a signature required on delivery.
Customs & Import Charges
- Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We know international customs can sometimes feel a little daunting. If you’re unsure what to expect before placing your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help with the information available to us.

RETURNS
- You have 14 days from receiving your ring to decide if it is the one for you.
- The ring must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
- If your ring is a gift and you require an extended returns window please email to arrange this with the team.

Option 1
Your ring will be resized before being shipped to you. Your ring will be non-refundable in this instance. You will only pay for one set of postage costs.
Option 2
Your ring will be sent to you to check that you love it and would like to keep it. The customer will then send it back to Vintage Pink for resizing. The customer will pay two sets of postage costs.

Finding the correct size
Unsure of your ring size?
- To determine your size we recommend either going to a local jeweller and asking them to measure your finger or ordering a ring sizing tool online.
- Please check your size when you are warm and cold and make sure that you are factoring in removing the ring over the knuckle.
Need to know someone else's size?
- If you are trying to work out someone's size it can be tricky. Fingers are different sizes from one hand to the other. We recommend aiming to measure a ring that is worn on the selected finger or the same finger or on the other hand and adjustments can be made after if need be.

Once your ring is resized it is non refundable.
When designing our Vintage Pink jewellery boxes it had to be Pink faux crocodile and Red velvet. We wanted something colourful and a-little-bit-extra on your nightstand to house your treasures.

We offer a professional authentication and insurance valuation service, carried out by our qualified Independent Registered Valuer & Gemologist, providing you with additional reassurance and peace of mind when purchasing your ring.
Your valuation document will detail the key characteristics of your jewellery, including metals tested and the gold carat, gemstone clarity and colour, and carat weight of the stones, where applicable. It will also include a current valuation figure that can be provided to your insurance company for the purpose of arranging appropriate cover.

Delivery
The valuation will be sent as a PDF document attached to the email address that you order your ring with. The valuation takes 1 - 3 weeks to be emailed.
On some occasions it may take up to 2 weeks for your ring to arrive, if ordering a certificate, because your ring will need to be taken in for independent valuation before being posted to you.
Returns
Because it is personalised, the valuation is non-refundable.
Please order this if you’d like your pink packaging box to be put inside a grey shipping bag to make your order more discreet.
Please note that the address label on the package is still pink, but it does not say Vintage Pink anywhere.
If you are trying to keep your order a secret and you think that the pink label might make someone in the household curious about the parcel we recommend shipping your ring to a trusted family member or friend.
This is available for U.K. orders only. For customs reasons, ‘Vintage Pink LTD’ needs to be displayed on the parcel documentation when shipping outside of the U.K.
